🏛️ President Trump Signs Executive Order Supporting Hemp

In a monumental moment for the hemp industry, President Donald Trump has signed an Executive Order acknowledging the devastating consequences of Congress’ proposed hemp ban—and calling for action.

The Executive Order recognizes the “challenging legal landscape including the recent changes to full-spectrum products” and urges improvements in access and standards across the hemp sector. This is the breakthrough we’ve been fighting for—and it’s a clear sign that our voices have been heard.

But this isn’t the finish line. It’s the beginning of a new phase in our fight to protect American hemp.

đź’¬ What This Means for the Hemp Industry

This Executive Order gives the hemp community a powerful new tool in its arsenal: official federal acknowledgment of the harm caused by the overreaching hemp ban. It signals to lawmakers that reform is necessary and that the public and industry demand regulation, not prohibition.

But we must act fast. Congress must now follow the President’s lead and eliminate the language that threatens our farms, our businesses, and our access to safe, lab-tested products like Delta-8, THCa, and full-spectrum hemp.

📣 Join the Movement: Emergency Industry Call

To rally behind this momentum, HIFA (Hemp Industry First Alliance) is hosting an emergency call to break down:

  • What the Executive Order means

  • What steps we need to take immediately

  • How we pressure Congress to act before it’s too late

  • What long-term protections are needed
